This week has been VBS at our church.
Every night different kids were chosen to march in with the American Flag, Christian Flag, and carry the Bible. On night #2 Jack got to carry the American flag. This was Jack's first year for VBS and he has really enjoyed it!

I remember VBS at Falmouth Church of Christ. We stood outside in a line wating for John Newlin to ring the bell in the steeple. We would sing "Onward Christian Soldiers" while marching in and couldn't wait to sing songs that Darlene Kinder led. Making crafts with Louise Newlin and eating homemade cookies downstairs in the basement. Those were the good ole' days!
