Cooking tip of the day



When placing something in the crock pot for your evening's dinner the most important step is to turn the crockpot on.

Yeah, that generally helps. And it also sounds like something my dumb-a** would do.

Well, I feel better now..hahah
I've done that myself, and ended up throwing everything out.
Mine sat in the crock for like 10 hours.. didn't want to take a chance of it being bad.

I learned its a good excuse to go out and eat when I do dumb things like that.

Not to great when you think you are coming home from work, so happy that you don't have to cook when you get home! Rude Awakening!

Got very lucky and it all turned out. I was making Italian Beef and we swam at my parents after Cliff got home from work thus eating dinner later than usual.

I think we should find out who has made the dumbest mistake in the kitchen.
