We had Italian Beef and twice baked potato casserole. It was prepared by myself.
After supper and some outdoor play-time Jack and I went to Dairy Queen where Jack got an ice cream cone. I got nothing ;(
First grill out of the season. Ribeyes and garlic potatoes. Green beans too. My night to cook.

We had cheeseburgers and mac n cheese. I cooked it.
That is pretty much the meal I fix when I'm being lazy, and don't really feel like cooking.
I had to work so it was fend for yourself night. Daegan had chicken fries, Johnny had cereal and I had a bologna sandwhich
I was lazy - and tired of cooking...
We had frozen chicken patties and Tyson Buffalo chicken strips with curly fries and I made a little cheese dip for us to snack on. Nothing glamorous.

Once again, you caught me on a NON-COOKING night. I had a meeting at church right after I closed the store so I didn't even get home till about 7:45. But it looked like (from the mess in the kitchen) they had warmed up leftover Enchiladas.
Oh, and at least 1 of the kids had cereal b/c there was a bowl with milk still in it on the bar when I got home!!

My twice baked casserole recipe is not anything exact, it is just something I have sort of made up and modified from another recipe.
Next time I make it, I will try to get an idea of the measurements and will share the recipe.
We had a ballgame in Effingham so it was Buger King drive thru. Cheeseburger and fries.
We also had hamburgers, mac & cheese.We had a bunch of meat to cook,because the deep freeze door was left open.The trash man will LOVE me tomorrow!!
We had roast herb stuffed mushroom chicken and salad. Prepared by myself. My husband DOES NOT eat veggies or meat on a bone so I had the neighbor over to enjoy the food i prepared.
I guess I completely forgot about the recipie idea...should we try it again?
