The devil made me do it

I have been a little busy the past few weeks. Besides my looks, sending out Christmas cards was something I let fall through the cracks. I figure people either thought I took them off my list or they realized that I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and there is no way her husband would ever think to do something like send out Christmas cards.

Anyhoo, I decided to send out New Year's cards. I searched all over for the perfect New Year's related quote to use on my cards. It was hard. I wanted to use "You can't argue with a dumbass", but that just did not convey the message I wanted to send. I wanted to use an Obama quote, but did not want to offend my conservative friends. So I found a pretty decent quote, finally got a pretty good picture of the boys, searched the net for the best deal on photo cards at all of the photo sites, found the best card to use with the picture I had chosen, (this all really was an intense multiple hour process) picked the best font and color of font for the wording, worried about comma and apostrophe placement, and finally checked and rechecked and rechecked again to make sure there were no mistakes. It was done. It looked PERFECT!!

They just got delivered.

I misspelled my own name.

Not only did I not spell it right, I spelled it SATAH and with the font I used the H kind of looks
like an N.

So, Happy freakin' New Year from Satan and her family.

Well that's really disappointing. I probably wouldn't have noticed if you wouldn't have told me. I fear that every year. I say send them out anyway, there may actually be someone on your Christmas/New Year's card list that doesn't read your blog. I bet they won't notice!

So Funny! I'm sorry this happened to you, but I'm glad it happens to people besides me!

I have read this about 4 times and it just gets funnier every time. I would be royally upset if it were me but since it's not....it's the best laugh I have had all day! Sorry Satan, er, I mean Sarah!!

You never cease to make me laugh out loud. Hey, we have all been called Satan or worse from time to time. Humility is a good quality to begin the year with, huh?

You are so FUNNY!

Thanks for bringing good times to our blogworld.

Awesome... I guess you could use one of those jumbo black markers and put an X thru the T and make an R above it. Classy, right?
