Awww....I loved him. I remember hearing him one morning driving to Effingham and he had just came back from having some kind of surgery that caused him not to be able to speak. He broke out in song at the end of his broadcast. It just gave me goose bumps.... I'll miss hearing him.

My dad got me started on listening to him when I was either in high school or college. I liked him a lot. I will miss him!!!
Really, I wonder if he was still doing the broadcast, or if they kept running them over and over?
