He took it like a man

Harrison went for his shots last night.

His appointment was at 5:20. At 6:00 the girl working thought it would be ok to let someone who had JUST walked in go ahead of me and everyone else waiting because they told her they had some place to be. AS IF!!!!!!! I spoke up and informed her that I had been waiting nearly an hour, had a fussy baby that needed a bottle and a diaper changing. She looked at me like I was the devil!! I was not rude, but we all have some place to be. Fair is fair. No cutting! I suppose I was wrong to expect a shot of customer service along with his Hep B booster!

Anyhoo, once we got called back the nurse, Janet Miller (who I adore and was so happy to see), calmed me down, calmed my fears and along with the other nurse did an amazing job! Harrison only cried for about 5 seconds. He really has not acted fussy or the least bit autistic. I am so glad that we have a few months before we have to do them again!

Wow, now those are some chubby thighs! What kind of autistic clues are you looking for?
That health dept pisses me off everytime I go.

He needs to work out. He says he will start as soon as it gets nice out.

Not sure what kind of autistic clues I am looking for, you know, the stuff Jenny McCarthy mentions in her book ;)

I was so upset last night. Taking your baby to get his first set of shots is bad enough as it is.
