Caption this...

I HAVE NO WORDS....
What's your caption for this picture??

We have a leader(s)

The results are in and Raymiele (sp?-I liked her so little I won't even take the time to Google her for the proper spelling of her name), the VERY short possibly Asian girl went home--FINALLY!!!

Tracie Crain and BB are tied for the lead with Holly and Chad Farley a very close third. It is still very close so everyone else should fear not. You still have more than just a chance!

Oh and by the way, how about that Dolly Parton? What a great gal. I just love her, always have. If you want to hear one of the best songs ever scroll on down to the bottom of the page and click on JOLENE, sung by Dolly herself, the way it was meant to be sung.

Fellow shoppers of children's clothing

just admit it....

Are you as ready as I am for all of the Rev. Wright controversy to be over with?
Here is my take on it all---
I think Obama should have just came out in the very beginning and said something like this:
Like many Americans, I am guilty of something I am not so proud of, I attend church, but sometimes I don't listen to the sermon, the Sundays that Rev. Wright made those statements I could have been there, I have no idea. I was not listening.
I think a lot of people could have related to something along those lines.
I know Rev. Wright has retired, but I bet that still is a pretty interesting church to go to. You know they have got to have a kick-ass choir, and I bet a lot of the ladies wear fancy hats.

You take the good you take the bad...

Mindy Coen, aka Natalie from one of the best shows ever The Facts of Life was on Chelsea Lately this evening. Natalie all grown up. I loved that show. I have not done a poll in a while, so here goes:

Vote for your favorite girl from Facts of Life. I liked them all in their own way, so this one will be tough for me.

And, if I can get my Mom to dig out a picture of me sporting my Jo side ponytails from my younger days, I will post it for your viewing pleasure.

American Idol Pool

Hey everybody--tonights the night. Watch American Idol and e-mail me your bottom three at jak122004@msn.com by 7:00 pm on Wednesday evening.

PLEASE remember to number them from 3 to 1 with the number 1 slot going to the contestant that you think will be heading home.

The points are still very low and close so, even if you have never participated before, there is still time to play.

Happy Watching!!!

Donkey Basketball

Last night Jack and I attended DONKEY BASKETBALL at the NCHS gym. Sponsored by the NCHS Student Council (shout out Mrs. Bierman). I have pics that I hope to post when I get some new batteries for my camera. We had such a great time. It was very entertaining. Rick Lindemann rode a donkey as a local celebrity. Jack cheered loud for him "go RJ and Heidi's Dad!". It was such a nice event. The donkeys did not look abused at all. Jack and the Farley boys really thought it was funny when the donkey's went to the bathroom on the floor. Best of all, no donkeys went crazy and stormed into the bleachers as I had feared they would. Overall, good wholesome donkey style fun!

Yellow Crocs

Mam and Bamp went to North Carolina over Easter to see Uncle Bill & Aunt Kay and their family. They brought Jack and Cooper back each a pair of Yellow Crocies!
Jack loves his new Crocs. He REALLY wanted a yellow pair.
I think with the new yellow Crocs and the Frog Polliwalks, Jack is pretty set for a while in the rubber shoe category.
