NOT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Remember this post http://sarahsplayground1.blogspot.com/2009/01/devil-made-me-do-it.html ??

The typo heard round the world that was the Kinkade family holiday card of '08?

I did it again.

Below you see Harrison's beautiful first birthday party invite. Check out the month.
Yep, December is spelled wrong. Luckily my 10 year old nephew Dawson noticed it within 2 seconds of getting the card in his hand. Unlucky for me the invitations had already went out in the mail.

I think an obvious mistake on personalized cards that I send out is going to become my thing.
After much blood, sweat, and tears I finally placed my holiday card order. A phone call to K. Jill Bierman, NCHS English Teacher to the stars over comma placement assured me that I was fine in that department, old school-but fine. (I did not contact Mrs. Bierman over the comma placement in the previous sentence, I'm sure that it is wrong and that there are way too many, I do love a comma)
The cards should arrive next week. I probably misspelled one of my kid's names.

We were just talking about you when we ordered our Christmas cards. You're the best. Always keeping it real.

Don't think of it as misspelling anything (does that have one S or two?) think of it as writing your own dictionary--after all "Decemember" could be the new shorthand for "A December to Remember"!

If it makes you feel any better, last year's Christmas cards contained the man's birth announcements. If you do the math, he was 2 at the time I mailed them. Yeah, go mommy.

I was so disappointed to see that Satan forgot to send me a Christmas card this year. Oh well, there's always next year. However, I did enjoy the Xmas card I got from you! :=) Maybe you should consider getting your own personal proofer.
